Deleting Country/State/City Listings

    Is there any advantage, or disadvantage to deleting theses? I have 30 pages of them in my Admin Panel but my site is about just one city in one country?

    I just wonder if deleting all others would make the site back end any cleaner etc.

    I am using V7 Directorypress
