Coupon Site with Cash Back

I want to offer cash back to the member of my coupon site who has done a transaction through my site. Basically as of now, we can share coupon codes and deals with our customer and there should be slight addition to make the cash back facility works.

I want to have :

1. The members account, with tracked click on my site.
2. The cashback amount . ( Which will be updated by admin ).
3. Auto-notification system to the customer, whose clicks has been tracked.

What should I do to have these facilities ? Should I have to add some custom taxonomy and custom fields ? or Some plugins will do these works ?
