Coupon code field has vanished…..

    I have obviously done something as overnight the coupon code field normally visible during the purchase process has vanished. Can anyone think of a setting which I may have changed to hide this?

    Payment Setup > Coupons > Enable Coupons is set to On.

    What else could control this though…???
