Classified Theme 8.91 Beta Installation Issue

I have just upgraded to wordpress 4.5.2 and tried installing premiumpress 8.9 stable from my account dashboard, but I still can’t figure out why it doesn’t install. I have extracted the download now have a CT folder, then I moved that folder to my wp install folder then when I go to appearance -> themes, I don’t see the premiumpress theme listed to start the installation of the pp theme.

Just so I know when I eventually get this problem fixed, can I install the beta version by itself, or does it need the stable version installed as well?
