Changes in Add Listing page in responsive real estate theme ( Urgent )

Hello Friends,

I want to do some modifications in the Add Listing page in real estate theme. I am looking for a solution through custom code. If not possible then please guide where to edit the template.

1) Under listing description I want to have the property type field on the top which is there in listing details section. I want to rename it property category.

2) Secondly I want to remove the category section (3) and want it as a custom field in listing description section second to top in order. I want it again in drop down. I want to rename it property type like Flats, Villa, Land etc.

3) Third I want to remove the keywords field.
