Car theme inquiry

I’m considering purchasing the Car Theme.
This is what I want my site to accomplish.
1. List autos, trucks, boats and motorcycles for sale by private owners
2. List cars for sale by dealers separate. Each dealer has their own display page.
3. Registrant has option to register as private owner or dealer on registration page.
A. Private owner will go to page with level options (free, monthly with options. etc.
B. Dealers will go to page that has a one-time payment for listing their dealership with inventory page, etc.
4. Are plugins available for maps with dealership POI?
This is for a local (state) site.
Can this theme work for me out of the box? I own Directorypress also so I know how to navigate around pretty good.
