Can't see new listings

Hi

I’m about to go live and for that reason I’ve allowed a friend to add a listing to the site by making the site live for that reason. I’ve set the free listing to “Pending Admin Review” under genaral setup>add listing page. After she added the listing, filled in all the fields, and saved the listing, I don’t know where the listing goes so I can approve it and approve it. I can’t find it under listing manager. When she logs in she can see her listing but only the description is there. What we can’t see is the tabs under the listing.

Any idea what that is?
