Buy Now issue

Hello guys,

I have found an issue when testing my auction site.
I have three test users
testare1
testare2
testare3

Testare1 post a new auction with listing details (testare1.jpg):

Starting price: 10
Buy Now Price: 10
Buy Now Quantity: 1
Reservprice: 10
Shipping price: 0
Auction Length: 1 Day
Condition: Used

Testare2 then choose to buy directly (using the the Buy Now button – (testare2(1).jpg)), he is then told he is the winning bidder (testare2(2).jpg and can choose to pay or contact seller. The auction should then be closed (or ended).

Testare3 logs in and sees the same auction (test12), the auction is still active, and he chooses to Buy it now using the Buy now button (same as testare2)
tester3 then also gets told he is the winning bidder (testare3.jpg) and can choose to pay or contact seller.

Testare2 then logs in again to finalize the payment or look at the auction he thinks he won (testare2(3).jpg) and is presented with the information:
Auction Finished
testare3 was the winning bidder.

The auction should have been closed already when testare2 chooses to use the “Buy now”.

Any thoughts on what causes this and can it be fixed easily?
