big icon path is not responding to for upload icon

big icon path is not responding to for upload icon from media library or from web also.
it is uploading only large icons shown in bellow of big icon path option.
Few days back I was uploaded all the images from media library. Today I tried to change the image in big icon path but it is not responding .
Why ? can any body help me. 🙁
