Auctionpress BO changes wont take effect

    Hi

    i'm using wamp server and suddenly all the changes I make in options wont take effect although it says "changes saved successfully".... the DB isn't updated with the changes I make.... I have user registration off and i turn it on and says it has changed the changes but it keeps off.... also translations arent saved.....

    any idea?
