Add Next and Previous Button to Listing

I have had some complaints from users when completing a listing that they are missing the numbers to open the menus to proceed.

I would like to add at the bottom each section buttons to say Previous or Next so they can seamlessly move through the process. Where can this be added in the content and what type of script should be used.

I added an image of what I would like to add, but not with the continue word, but that is where I would like to put the buttons.
