A Few Tweaks That Need Tweaking

   Hi Mark,
   Hope all is well with you and your family.

   While working on my site, I noticed a few issues. Hope it's okay to put them all in the same email.

   1. Email Problems
   a. When I click on the short codes in the email, nothing happens. The short codes don’t automatically appear in the email. Will I need to log onto the PP website in order to find the short codes I need?

   b. Is there a way to add additional email subjects? It appears that the number of emails we can send out are already pre-determined, and we can either use the example email or create a new one. But how about creating a whole new email to add to our list of choices? Is that possible?

   c. On the "create email" section at the bottom, there are email templates that we’re supposed to be able to click and they should appear in the email and overwrite the content we have there. But when I click those templates, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

   2. New Registration Question - I want to add more details on the Registration page. I watched that great video of yours for how to do this, but when I went to my Members page, there was no extra fields option for me to add more membership fields. Help!

   3. Memberships - I got my problem with the test Membership straightened out. I then created a test Membership and I gave it the price of $1 and the duration of 1 (one) day. I paid the $1 and that went thru okay, but for some reason, the Membership will not end until August 2012! I went back to the admin panel and checked the package to see if I had entered the days wrong, but it showed that I had entered a duration of one day, yet it still shows an end date of August.

   Mark, sorry to have so many different topics in this email. I'll submit my website details if I need to. Also, if I need to next time, I'll submit a support ticket.

   1. shortcodes are added to the bottom of the email form, if they dont switch to a different browser.

   2. no im afraid not

   3. same as #1, im guessing your browser is blocking it.

   4. this is in 7.0.9.5 (note the topic of the post you watched the video on :))

   5. did u pay via paypal? ill check on the date.

   Hey Mark,
   #1 - they may be switching to another browser, because I checked the email form all the way down, and...nothing. But it's okay; I know where to find the short codes on the PP website, and I'll have them memorized in no time. Just wondering.

   #5 - yes, I paid via paypal. I also just found the problem and corrected it. So...never mind.

   thanks, i tried #5 on my dev site and it worked ok, wait for todays update and if it continues submit a ticket and ill check for you.
