3 Level Filter/Taxonomies

Hi There

I am trying to create a search within my site which has the following

Make
Model
Organization

So the end user should select make, for example toyota, and it will link to all toyota models as per the theme video instructions but now I want it so that once model is selected for example, corolla, that its also possible to filter it by club. FOr example i will have 5 different clubs and client should be able to select a toyota corolla from any specified club in my search box.

Any idea how to do this as just adding the third level didnt work
