Rule #1 – be considerate

Please be considerate to one another, and also to our staff and team members.

DO NOT use the forums to post unfriendly, aggressive or offensive messages, doing so will get your account removed instantly without appeal.

DO NOT use the forums as a place to vent anger or disappointment about support or theme features.

We will attempt to answer your questions as soon as possible, but there are times when it may take up to 24 hours for a response. Some questions may take several days to be responded to simply because the question asked may not be easy to answer and we leave it for other Members to review, so someone with the experience can answer it {this is rare}.

Rule #2 – no spamming

Spamming or bumping is not allowed!

Anything that resembles spamming will result in a strike and possible account deletion.

Rule #3 – no support PM’s

Please do not send Admin’s or Moderators private emails or messages (PM) asking for support!

That is why this forum exists, to share and learn. Private messages of support do not help others. If you need urgent help please submit a ticket via our ticket system at: http://www.premiumpress.com/ticket/

Rule #4 – no third party support

Please do not ask us any question regarding other themes or plugins.

This forum was developed to support all of the PremiumPress themes, questions about other themes will be deleted.

Rule #5 – double postings

Do not make multiple posts regarding the same question/problem.

Rule #6 – one post, one question!

Do not post several questions in one post. Please follow our “one question, one thread” policy . Do not jump in on other members posts and ask alternative questions, if you have a question start your own post.

Rule #7 –  be clear

Do make the post title informative and relevant to the subject matter.

Avoid generalized titles such as “Please help”, “I have some questions..”, etc, which do not help other users find answers to their problems.

Rule #8 – tone of voice

Please refrain from using derogatory or vulgar language – this is designed to be a friendly resource to theme users, and not a place where people are insulted.

Although the administrators and moderators of Premium Press will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, the owners and staff of PremiumPress Limited will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate of any laws.
